Compensation $80K to 90K
You will be directly responsible for a team of 20-30 people at any given time.
Oversee the entire process for team, and ensure metrics are followed
Direct responsibility of analyzing metrics to ensure team is effectively exceeding the minimum standards
Meeting standards is not acceptable to the ideal candidate, as exceeding the standards is mandatory.
Required to handle the hiring, development, review, and terminations of all team members
Reporting metrics, and weekly analysis to Call Center Director.
Manage weekly meetings with team
Bachelor's degree preferred, three years in similar role is sufficient
3+ years in similar role
Experience with Excel
Managing a team in call center environment
Comfortable reporting information to executive management
